Andy Thomas will work closely with your team to motivate students to utilize your department. One of the biggest challenges for career service professionals is getting students to actually show initiative to use and to understand the tremendous resource your department provides. He understands your challenges and becomes an extraordinary motivator and resource for you. He provides in person seminars and follow up webinars as well as one on one career counseling for your students. The bottom line is that Andy Thomas gets students to use your department and to appreciate your services and teaches critical techniques for gaining interviews. Andy Thomas becomes part of your team and brings your college and department strong positive media exposure too through TV interviews in each market.
He teaches a perfected and proven strategy to employment that WORKS in today’s economy. His strategy is based on real world experience and is the accumulation of techniques learned by years of counseling the unemployed and underemployed.
